Hi, I’m Monet Goode.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.

THE NEXT GENERATION 2.0

Get curious before you get certain.

Every generation looks at the next one and wonders what has changed.

Different expectations.
Different attitudes to work.
Different ways of communicating.
Different ideas about leadership.

It's easy to start with what's wrong.

What if we started by getting curious?

Stop asking what's wrong with them.

“They don't want to work.”

“They're not like we were.”

“They expect too much.”

Maybe.

But those statements don't take us very far.

A better question is:

What are they experiencing — and what do they want instead?

Listen to the people already in the room.

The next generation isn't coming.

They're already here.

Working in our restaurants, hotels, bars and meeting places.

Instead of guessing what motivates them, we can ask.

What makes you want to contribute?
What makes you stay?
What helps you learn?
What kind of leadership brings out your best?

Your future guest might already work for you.

Today's younger employees are also tomorrow's guests, leaders and decision-makers.

Their expectations of work and their expectations as customers won't develop separately.

As technology becomes more present in everyday life, human experience may become even more valuable.

That makes listening to them more than an HR question.

It's a hospitality question.

What could we work with?

Generational conversations
Motivation & expectations
Belonging
Learning & development
Leadership
Feedback
Attraction & retention
The future employee & guest

Not everything. What matters to you.

Don't predict the future. Talk to it.

We don't need to have all the answers about the next generation.

We can start by involving the people who will help create it.

What could we learn if we asked?

Let's start with a conversation. →
